Beneficiation sampling and sampling machines

In the practice of mineral processing, in order to understand the production situation of mineral processing, it is necessary to carry out sampling inspection on the process of mineral processing. The commonly used inspection items are:

------Chemical analysis sampling

A timely understanding of the production status of  beneficiation plant, such as the run of mine grade, concentrate grade, tailings grade and impurity content of the concentrate, is to find out the problems in production and improve the mineral processing process in time.

------Water sampling

The water content of the raw ore and concentrate is measured in order to calculate the dry ore quantity of the raw ore and the quantity of the dry ore in the daily treatment, and control the content of the concentrate of the concentrate not to exceed the specified range.

------Pulp analysis sampling

The size and concentration of grinding products are measured, so that the operation of ball mill and classifier can be reasonably adjusted to ensure that the size and concentration of grinding products meet the requirements of production process.

The general sampling process for mineral processing is shown in Figure 1.

At present, there are two main sampling methods used in the beneficiation plant, including manual sampling and automatic (Mechanical) sampling. In order to improve the representativeness of samples, save labor and reduce labor intensity, the automatic sampling machine is installed in the general beneficiation plant instead of manual sampling. Because of the different use of sampling objects and samples, the sampling equipment used in the beneficiation plant is different. The sampling machine used in production, according to the particle size of the sample points, fine concentrate (less than 0.074mm), medium grained ore and lump ore sampling machine; in physical state of the sample, a wet sampling machine (such as slurry sampling machine, liquid sampling machine) and dry sampler (such as take filtered flotation concentrate massive ore sampler sampling machine, etc.).

Electric pulp sampling machine

The sampling machine is used for sampling the pulp of raw ore, concentrate and tailings, such as Figure 2 and 3, which belong to the structure diagram of the two type electric pulp sampling machine.

Pendulum sampling machine

The sampling machine runs reliably and is suitable for sampling the pulp of central ore, concentrate and tailings in medium and small beneficiation plant. Figure 4 is the structure of the pendulum sampling machine.

Liquid sampling machine

The sampling machine is usually installed in the liquid pipe or trough of the beneficiation plant, and is often used in the sampling of the lean solution liquid and the solution liquid in the cyanide workshop of the gold mineral processing plant. Figure 5 is the structure of the liquid sampling machine.

Hydraulic automatic sampling machine

The sampling machine does not need power and can be used for sampling of raw ore, concentrate and tailings pulp, for example, Figure 6 is a hydraulic automatic sampling machine.

Automatic sampling machine of flotation concentrate after filtration

The sampling machine is usually installed on the belt conveyor of the filtered concentrates as the sampling of the flotation concentrate. The structure of this kind of equipment is more complex, as shown in Figure 7,8,9.

Trolley type Automatic sampling machine for lump ore

The sampling machine is used for sampling the lump ore of beneficiation plant and is usually installed on the head of the conveyor. Figure 10 is the structure of the sampling machine.

Inclined slotted lump ore automatic sampling machine

The structure of the sampling machine is relatively simple. It is used for the sampling of the lump ore in beneficiation plant. It needs to be installed at the unloading position of  belt conveyor head as shown in fig. 11.

Electric lump ore sampling machine

The sampling machine is simple in structure and easy to operate, and is mainly used for sampling the lump ore below 40mm in the beneficiation plant. Figure 12 is the structure diagram of this machine.

Chain bucket lump ore automatic sampling machine

The sampling machine has a large travel and reliable operation, which is mainly used for sampling the lump ore below 40mm in the beneficiation plant. Figure 13 is the structure drawing of the chain bucket lump ore sampling machine.

Belt sampling machine

The sampling machine is mainly used to intercept large pieces of material, usually installed in the unloading position of the head of the belt conveyer, Figure 14 is a structure diagram.

Double spoon sampling machine

The equipment is compact structure and is installed on the belt conveyer to intercept the crushed material, such as figure 15.
