Cyclone dust collector also called the centrifugal dust collector, it is mainly used for removal of the dust of the industrial waste gas with high density non-fabrous and cohesiveness. It is used in ventilation dust removal and material recycling system of mining, metallurgy, refractory, coal, chemical and electric power industries, especially suitable for the initial purification for high temperature flue gas.
Features of cyclone dust collector
1.Suitable for purification the dust with big density, and particle size above 5 micron; not suitable for purification the dust with strong cohesiveness.
2.No moving parts, easy to management and maintenance.
3.Under the same air volume processing, it small volume, simple structure and low cost.
4.Many set machines work together in parallel with same air volume processing, small volume, simple structure and low cost.
5.It can be resisted 400℃ high temperature, if adopts special high temperature resistance material, it will resist higher temperature than 400℃.
Working principle of cyclone dust collector
After the dust gas enters into the air inlet, it is of spiral motion between the inner and outer cylinder, when entering the inner cylinder, the dust gas is of circular motion to produce centrifugal force, under the action of centrifugal force, dust particles are separated from the air and captured on the wall, then with the help of gravity dust falls into ash hopper, after purification the gas is discharged upward from the inner cylinder.
