Features of Desorption electrolysis system

1. High efficiency: when the gold loaded carbon grade reaches 3000g/t, the desorption rate can reach over 96%;

2. Fast: desorption and electrolytic temperature can reach 150 ℃, the system working pressure is 0.5 MPa, desorption and electrolytic time is very short, generally for 12 hours;

3. Low consumption: the desorption and electrolysis temperature is the same, no heat transfer is needed, and the energy consumption is greatly reduced;

4. Safety: triple protective measures, intelligent control system, automatic pressure limiting and safety valve protection device;


Working principle of Desorption electrolysis system

The Au(CN)2- is replaced by additive anions easily adsorbed by activated carbon in the desorption system to achieve gold desorption. Solid gold is obtained by the recovery of the pregnant solution from the desorption of gold loaded carbon by ionization method.
