The production capacity of the beneficiation plant is 1800tpd, it is for cassiterite polymetallic sulfide ore.The crushing and screening stage of the production line is three stages and one closed process. After the change of the ore property, the water content of the mud increased, which affected the normal operation of the ore transportation, ore unloading, screening and other equipments, and then increased the washing equipment.

The production line is designed to be 15000tpd, and the capacity can reach 20000tpd after expansion.

The production line design and equipment manufacturing are synchronous, so total cost is low, the project construction organization is scientific, good economic benefit is realized.

The production process we designed is crushing, screening, grinding and so on according to the ore nature and the process flow in the beneficiation test report provided by the research institute.

Sinonine undertook the project consultation, engineering design, equipment supply and construction management.

The project consists of the sand production line and the concrete mixing plant.
