This production line adopts three stage crushing with single closed circuit stage process, primary grinding-spiral classifier, selective flotation of lead, and then flotation of zinc, adopting a circuit of one rough flotation, one scavenger and two concentrating, concentrate piled on site after enrichment, tailings dry discharge after enrichment, filtering. Sinonine undertakes engineering design and supplies of beneficiation equipments, factory building, non-standard equipment, electrical automation, guides installation and commissioning on site, so the production line works well and all indexes meet the design requirements. The production line design and equipment manufacturing are synchronous, so total cost is low, the project construction organization is scientific, good economic benefit is realized.
