The production process we designed is crushing, screening, grinding and so on according to the ore nature and the process flow in the beneficiation test report provided by the research institute.
Crushing & screening circuit: Ore crushing adopts two stage crushing with single closed circuit stage, particle size of ore decreases from 250mm to -15mm.
Grinding & classification circuit: Using two stage closed circuit grinding, primary grinding consists of grinder and spiral classifier, its grinding fineness is -0.74mm and accounts for 60%; secondary grinding consists of grinder and spiral classifier, its grinding fineness is -0.74mm and accounts for 80%.
Separation circuit: first-class and second-class ore of particle size -15mm pass a low-intensity magnetic separation and a strong magnetic separation, the concentrate is first-class and second-class frit; first-class and second-class ore of particle size -15mm pass two stage grinding and two flotation to get quartz concentrate and feldspar concentrate, glaze micro powder can be obtained after reprocessing feldspar concentrate, which is of second-stage construction.
Concentrate dehydration circuit: first-class and second-class frit and feldspar concentrate naturally sediment in sedimentation tank; feldspar flotation concentrate is thickened by thickener and then to be filtered.
