There are many kinds of vibrating screens. There are more DD series, ZD series, YK series, YA series and YKP series circular vibrating screen. ZS series, DS series, ZK series, ZKX series, ZKZ series linear vibrating screen and so on.

1. DD series and ZD series circular vibrating screen

Figure 1 is the drawing of a DD series circular vibrating screen. It is composed of a sieve box, a vibrator, a wire rope hanger and a vibration isolation spring. When the motor drives the exciter to work, the exciting force is generated, which makes the screen box do circular vibration in the vertical plane. The screening material jumps forward on the screen surface, and the product is screened on the discharge end, and the sieve is discharged from the aggregate box.

The DD series circular vibrating screen belongs to the eccentric self fixed center vibrating screen of the belt wheel, and the single axis vibrator is used, its structure is shown in Figure 2. Both ends of the spindle are respectively equipped with eccentric belt wheels and eccentric weight wheels, and the eccentric weights are arranged on the two eccentric wheels and the spindle respectively. The spindle is mounted on the bearing seat by a pair of centripetal spherical roller bearings. In order to facilitate the loading and unloading, the inner ring of the bearing is connected to the shaft through a conical tightening sleeve, and the two bearing seat is closed with a casing.

Structural characteristics of uniaxial inertial vibration exciter:

--- The axis hole center of the belt wheel and the unbalance wheel on the shaft hole is different from the geometric center of the flange. The wheel has eccentricity, and the axle neck has no eccentricity. It is easy to manufacture.

--- The weight of the weight of the spindle is arranged on the spindle and the eccentric wheel, which can minimize the bending moment of the spindle, thus reducing the size of the main shaft.

ZD series circular vibrating screen is a seat type installation, and an eccentric uniaxial inertia vibrator with an eccentric belt wheel is also used. In addition to the different supporting methods, the other structures are basically the same as the DD series.

2. DS series and ZS series linear vibrating screen

Figure 3 is the structure of the DS series linear vibrating screen, which consists of a sieve box, a box type vibrator, a wire rope hanging device, and a vibration isolation spring.

DS series linear vibrating screen with barrel type vibration exciter, compared with box vibrator, barrel type vibration exciter installed in the sieve box side, low installation height, no need of large beam bearing; vibration sieve box along the width of the uniform load, the installation precision is easy to guarantee; the tape wheel out of the screen box besides, for the seat installation. The drawback is that processing long shaft needs large equipment and is not easy to use with other equipments. The belt wheel and gear are all outside the screen box, resulting in the width of the screen box is large, and larger maintenance space needs to be left on the side of the screen box.

3. USK and USL type vibrating screens

The structure of the USK circular vibrating screen is shown in Figure 4, and the structure of the USL type linear vibrating screen is shown in Figure 5. They all use a block eccentric exciter. The vibrator is installed directly on the sieving frame on both sides of the sieve box to improve the force condition of the sieve box.

4. ZKP type linear vibrating screen

The ZKP type linear vibrating screen is a new type of large size series vibrating screen. The purpose is to solve the problem of poor reliability of large vibrating screen. At present, the maximum width of the screening machine is 3.6m, the minimum width is 3M, which is divided into single layer and double layer screen. It is suitable for dewatering, stripping, degouging and grading of coal.

ZKP linear vibrating screen is mainly composed of screen box, vibrator, transmission device, universal drive shaft, support device, motor and motor frame, etc., as shown in Figure 6, Its structure features are as follows:

---- All joints of the screen frame are torsional shear type high strength bolts, and the connection is reliable.

---- The upper part of the screen is polyurethane mesh, the two ends are tensioned structure, the lower layer is stainless steel welding sieve plate, the upper and lower crossbeams are seamless steel tubes, and the side plate of screen frame is flat structure.

---- The vibrator is the external structure of the eccentric block, as shown in Figure 7. With high precision helical gear transmission, the load is stable and the noise is low. The vibrator is connected with the main beam through the bolt, and the disassembly is convenient.

---- The vibrator adopts the universal axis transmission power between the exciter.

5. ZD linear equal thickness screen

ZD type equal thickness screen is a new-type linear vibrating screen with single thickness and equal thickness screening. It is also called banana screen. It is suitable for dry or wet sieving of coal or similar density minerals (coal dewatering, dewatering and desliming). A plurality of sieves with different inclination angles are installed on the same sieve frame on the same thickness screen, and the angle of the sieve surface is descended from the end to the discharge end. Under the same vibration intensity, the material can get different throwing strength and velocity on the screen surface of each section. The throwing strength and speed of the material decrease from the feed end to the discharge end, so that the thickness of the material layer keeps constant or decreasing from the feeding end to the discharging end, so as to achieve equal thickness screening (also known as thin layer screening), so that the best way to screen or dehydrate is achieved. Therefore, under the same feeding conditions and the same screening efficiency (or dehydration efficiency), the capacity of the equal thickness sieves is about 2 times as high as that of the other sieves. It can even be applied to the depth screening of difficult screening materials that can not be solved by other sieving machines.

The vibration vibrator of ZD type equal thickness screen and ZKP type linear vibrating screen vibrator are universal.
